Eclipses in 2023

Solar Eclipses occur when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun, totally or partially obscuring the image of the Sun for the viewer on Earth.  At a Lunar Eclipse, the shadow of the Earth falls across the face of the Moon, bringing unconscious feelings to the surface. Under a Lunar Eclipse our emotions are magnified. It is a time when we can let go of emotional attachments that no longer serve us.

Avoid major decisions during the week before an eclipse.  Be very careful during this time and try not to buy major luxury items, sign large contracts or even get a haircut. You may get a new perspective after the eclipses are over. Eclipses are game changers and have been noted by both humans and animals through many centuries.

SOLAR ECLIPSE AT 0 DEGREES TAURUS APRIL 20, 2023

Solar eclipses are very powerful new moons.  They bring in significant and powerful endings and beginnings.  Events that are triggered by an eclipse usually take six months to unfold.  Eclipses are about endings and beginnings.  If you are an Aries or Taurus almost every part of your life will be affected. This is a 7 North Saros Series Solar Eclipse. This eclipse awakens our lust and passions not only in a relationship, but other addictive behaviors like food, fast cars, fancy clothes and other luxuries.

LUNAR ECLIPSE AT 15 DEGREES SCORPIO MAY 5, 2023

At this eclipse intense emotions surface from within, but it is difficult to share your feelings and appear vulnerable.  This eclipse opposes Uranus and we must be patient and flexible to adjust to unexpected events and changes.  This eclipse aligns with a very unfortunate Fixed Star that for the next three to four months creates violence and tragedy. The major flood in Libya recently is a result of this eclipse which affected the lives of thousands of people.

SOLAR ECLIPSE AT 21 LIBRA ON OCTOBER 14, 2023

This is a 7 South Saros Series Solar Eclipse.  For some of us this eclipse will easily clear away obstacles.  However, for some of us a crisis may manifest and move through our lives rapidly.  We will feel like life is speeding up and forcing us to make changes.  This eclipse may challenge us to let go of unhealthy or outdated relationships in order for us to find our true identity. The Moon will not completely cover the Sun and we will see a thin ring of fire in the sky.  This eclipse travels through the United States from the beaches of Oregon to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is called one of the Great American Eclipses. 

LUNAR ECLIPSE AT 5 TAURUS ON OCTOBER 28, 2023

This is a Partial Lunar Eclipse bringing culmination in our lives.  Some of us will reach a critical point in our financial situations. Wall Street will feel the impact of this eclipse with some very big highs or very big lows.  It will signal a time of major change in our lives.  This eclipse will be effective through January or February in 2024.  There may be strong urges or feelings of discontent that magnify.  When they come, sit with them for a short while and then take action.
